Pipeline Inspection with Zero Downtime
OUR SERVICES
Introduction
INGU’s Pipers® technology provides oil and gas companies with immediate and affordable access to pipeline assets even in the most challenging conditions.
This revolutionary technology uses miniaturized inline sensors to detect leaks, geometric defects, magnetic anomalies, and deposits that threaten pipeline performance and safety with zero-downtime. Pipers® reduce inspection costs and strengthen preventive maintenance.
This service is provided by INGU, whom we represent in Nigeria.
Benefits
Pipeline Integrity Program Made Easy
Get pipeline inspection data without shutting down operations and without the need for a service crew – saving you both time and money.
Inspect Inaccessible and Unpiggable Pipelines
Small, inaccessible, and unpiggable pipelines are
no longer a problem – Pipers® are easily capable of inspecting pipelines down to 2” in diameter, even if they are buried or in remote locations.
More Information Deeper Insight
The simplicity and ease of use mean you can monitor your pipelines more frequently and efficiently, getting deeper insights that allow for better, more informed decisions.
Go With The Flow
Free-floating and CSA certified Pipers® move along with the liquid in the pipeline – they won’t get stuck, even in complex systems
Services
Leak Detection Survey
Identify and localize leaks in any pipeline under operational conditions.
Pressure Survey
With 100 pressure measurements per second, Pipers® contributes to your flow assurance program.
Deposit Survey
In addition, Pipers® can identify flow restrictions such as deposits, diameter changes, or a collapsed liner.
Geometry Survey
Combined with a cleaning pig, Pipers® can map a pipeline including the bend angles and radii.
Magnetic Survey
Pipers® assess the overall wall condition of a pipeline (pristine to corroded), detect fittings, welds, and areas with severe metal loss.
